3) Tournament Fees $225.00 for Non-Chili teams. (Chili House Teams are at NO charge.)

If you are submitting your application via this on-line form, you will be required to provide payment to Chili Soccer by May 31st, 2008. Please make checks payable to the Chili Soccer Association.
Rosters can be mailed with payment, or you can provide this documentation at tournament check-in.

I acknowledge that my team is a recreational (house) team and that it is not a Select, Travel or Premier Team. I will provide a team to play at all scheduled games. I understand that failure to play any scheduled game, without the approval of the Tournament Director or designate, will result in a forfeit of the game.
