Travel and Travel Elite Programs

Travel Program 

Ages 8 - 19

Purpose:
To be an enhanced program for players with the commitment and ability to play at a peak level of competition. This program requires a greater time and financial commitment. Travel includes league play and tournament play. This can fill several weekends throughout the summer. Parents are responsible for individual expenses plus tournament entry fees.
 
 

Included in the fees for the program:

  • RDYSL registration and referee fees
  • 1 indoor team training session/week through Fall/Winter season (hosted by CSA Team Coaching Staff)
  • 1 indoor technical training sessions/month through Fall/Winter season (hosted by Craig Demmin)
  • CSA Practice Jersey
  • Entry into the Chili Soccer Invitational Tournament
  • Licensed coaches
  • Insurance
  • Uniforms are NOT included in registration fees 
Play dates:
Indoor practices available November – March.
Outdoor games/practices (2x per week) during April – July.
 
 
Equipment:
Player is responsible for supplying their own shin guards, sneakers or cleats (styles and colors unlimited). Player uniforms, including home jerseys, away jerseys, shorts and socks, ordered through winnerssportswear.com, are also the responsibility of the player.  Uniform styles and colors are dictated by CSA.  

Travel Registration

The process begins, for the following season of play, on the Saturday of the last weekend in July with the first Team tryout. Each player is expected to pay a tryout fee of $15 upon tryout registration which insures the player in case of injury. The tryout period normally runs through the end of August and is at the coach’s discretion. Upon acceptance onto the team, the player is expected to register for Chili Soccer by November 1st. Registration payment(s) must be complete by January 15th. Any player’s registration that is not paid in full will not get a player’s pass (required for game play) issued to the coach.

 

Travel Elite Program 

Ages 11 - 19

Purpose:

This tier of Chili Soccer will cater to proven CSA teams wanting to advance into the State and/or National levels of competition. Participation in this program will require a higher level of commitment as these teams will be practicing indoors twice a week. Once CSA tryouts have concluded and teams are selected for the season coaches and club officials will determine which additional teams will be eligible for this program.

Included in the fees for the program:

  • State Cup entry fee and referee fees
  • Thruway League registration and referee fees or High-level tournament fee (Thruway League dependent upon league acceptance of team application
  • RDYSL League (optional, teams’ decision)
  • 2 indoor team training session/week through Fall/Winter season (including 2 indoor sessions/month hosted by Craig Demmin, supported by CSA Coaching Staff)
  • CSA Practice Jersey
  • Entry into the Chili Soccer Invitational Tournament
